Troubleshooting plugins

Has anyone besides me wanted a plugin badly, but it had issues working?If you configured a plugin correctly and it is compatible to your wp version then chances are its not the plugin that is not working, it’s actually another plugin that is causing the plugin you want not to work.

To solve this issue you can deactivate all the plugins except the one you want to work. Once this is done and you may see the plugin that you wanted is now working.

Then you just have to rule out which plugin is causing an interference, and to do this just activate each plugin one by one and check each time if the plugin still works and eventually you will find the pluign that is interfering with the one you want to work.

Yes faster backlinks

As most of us all know gaining links and most importantly back links to a website is vital to the survival of a website.

I was searching for strategies for search engine optimization, and I found this site called Onlywire that submits my blog posts to various social network sites like Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Mixx, Digg, and etc. automatically all at once.

So I can literally gain back links form these social networks site that point to my blog, plus the traffic I receive from views on the social networks. So if you have WordPress you can download this plugin for Onlywire after creating an account with Onlywire.

Is this a good way to gain back links for a website or is this a bad idea?

Get post on autopilot

Has anyone beside me had their blog on auto pilot? If so I’m sure I was not the only one who wanted to find a way to still receive post from programs or feeds without them publishing atomically. I thought that having automated content was cool at first because of the new content I got daily, until I realized I had no control of how many times a day I wanted to receive the posts or even check to see if I like or wanted the posts.

I did a lot of research on how to stop the automated posts from publishing automatically, but I did not have any success. Later I became extra frustrated because I got like 6 posts all at once within an hour published. So then I did some more research and I came up with this site that gave me the instructions to edit a code in the xmlrpc.php file in my root directory, and the next thing I knew all of my that came in automated where saved as a draft instead of unapproved content published.

FYI I barely use the content that I get automatically because it lowers my Alexa ranking. But anyone who like receiving automated content would find this very useful.
